Ensured the application of Raw Material and FX process through standard format price files. Increased the number of price files with 30% across new regions and commodities while also improving quality and turnaround time by 25%. Increased the accuracy of the new prices implementation process from 70% to 100%. Ensured Raw Material/FX escalators defined in price files are compliant to HTT rules. Supported the Trade Compliance department with vendor management through the Long Term Declarations process concerning the Country of Origin of their products and improved the response rate by 50%. Coordinated with IT team the implementation of new applications or updates for the existing applications. Worked on the requirements, testing and implementation of a new tool which reduced input defects and turnaround time by 75%. Refreshed, improved and created new internal procedures and client trainings on process and tool updates. Performed monthly tracking and execution of allocations in SAP/Buyer Allocation, along with AOP preparation support (monitor, coordinate and centralize changes, mass allocation in SAP).
