SRM Software Recommendations

We're an SME with a turnover of around £6M that's in the process of tightening up our supplier management systems. As a part of that I'm investigating potential SRM software packages. Among the things that would be really useful are ... * Supplier assessments (possibly including self-service questionnaires?) * Incident reporting * Document storage (credit reports, T&Cs, contracts etc) As previously mentioned, we're not a massive company so packages aimed at large enterprises would probably be out of our price-range. We're happy with either an SaaS solution or one that's hosted in-house. Do any of you fine people have any recommendations for the best providers out there, the names of people to avoid, or just some advice on the things to look out for? Thanks in advance, Ed
