How to attract Procurement talent.....

At YPO we're finding the recruitment market difficult at senior manager level (CPO-2). We offer a competitive salary, great benefits package (including a good pension scheme) and a sound approach to flexible working, aiming to work with our employees busy lives that we recognise are no longer 9-5! Despite this, the recruitment market remains quiet and I would love to hear from other senior leaders around their experiences of recruitment at that level. Is Yorkshire consistent with other areas of the UK? Where is all the talent and how do I attract it?
