How do you view the millennial workforce in your organisation

After listening to Tania Seary's Podcast with Helen Clegg from A.T. Kearney ( http://bit.ly/14VDC1x ) there was a great phrase used which was "Millennial Mentor". It peaked my interest as to the view of millennial's - Especially within Procurement. Do you have a certain view on the millennial workforce? Does your organisation? Do you have a 'Millennial Mentor' The same question to Millennial's... What has your experience been, is your organisation one that embraces new generations of talent?
