• Managed and delivered training programmes to blue chip organisations across Australia • Delivered training in a cross-cultural situation at an overseas site for a global Resource organisation • Development and delivery of training programmes for Contract Management, Category Management, Cost Management and Supplier Relationship Management • Assisted in the design, development and launch of a tailored capability assessment consultancy tool for procurement functions • Support Australian-based consultancy projects for Resource and Oil & Gas organisations • Development of procurement frameworks for Category Management and Source to Award projects and supporting documentation • Development of Statement of Work and framework for market engagement activity relating to supplier survey for global Resource organisation • Assisted with procurement function restructuring project delivery and training development for international health organisation

A shift in direction and something a bit new for me! The new role involved managing the Procurious community, in order to ensure that all our users get the best possible experience when they are on the site. This includes troubleshooting any issues and answering any and all questions that come my way. I'm also responsible as the Content Editor for the Procurious blog for the management of a diverse and dispersed stakeholder group of guest writers, contributors and bloggers. Our aim is to maintain current volume and quality of content articles - contact me if you want to contribute! I frequently write original content for the site and ensure that our global social media community (32,500 and counting...) are able to access this content across a variety of platforms.
