I am highly experienced and passionate procurement executive and a member of the Retail Food Group Commercial Leadership Team. I possess expertise in Procurement and Supply Chain Management developing and implementing commercial strategies,utilising stakeholder engagement, strategic sourcing, outsourcing, category and supplier relationship management methodologies to deliver sustainable improved value outcomes.
My experience includes industries such as; pharmaceuticals and food manufacturing with Patties Foods, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Cadbury Schweppes and Patties Foods. Areas of exposure from a Global and Asia-Pacific perspective, include full outsourcing, sourcing of raw materials and finished products as well as transport, fleet, insurance, services and capital equipment for food and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.

This role reports to the CEO and I am a Group Executive Team member, leading the Procurement function. I have also led the creation and implementation of procurement initiatives for direct and indirect strategic sourcing, category management and supplier relationship management. Currently I am leading a team of 7 procurement professionals influencing up to $200 million worth of spend including ensuring a continuous supply of raw materials and packaging sourced locally and globally according to production and new product development requirements.
