• Responsible for the final check on needed documents and information for employees to keep being employed by the company after the merge
• Being the person to go to with any HR related questions regarding the merge or organization
• Having face to face meetings with some of the 4200 (future) employees to explain the consequences of the merge between the two biggest companies in healthcare in the Netherlands
• Manually going through the new contracts with the person across the table to address and explain the content including highlighting the differences regarding their previous contract
