About me
I am a Property Manager. Started from first shopping mall in Kiev in 2004, and mostly focused on the Shopping Centres. My last project was in Middle Asia - I consulted a big investment group on the future development and redevelopment exisitng assests.
A big and wide unique experience in the real estate markets of Ukraine, CIS and MIddle Asia allows me to make a weighted, well-timed decisions and use obvios and alternative points of view to maximise profits of any portfolio.
The total 11 years managing experince at the Executive Level proves my ability to lead a big companies to the maximum result with fantastic working atmosphere.

Big consulting project in Astana, Kazakhstan. Aim was to audit a portfolio of real estate assets. The result is a report for future development/redevelopment directions for the 3 existing, and 4 in pipeline shopping centers with total size 220 000 sq m and one residential block with size 1 mln sq meters.
