Lead Procurement / project manager. Led procurement for rights to roam technology implementation and then went on to implement the solution as the business programme delivery manager,working with IBM to deliver the solution on time and on Budget.

Commercial Lead for the divestment project team set up by BMW to sell Rover Group. This involved the divestment of contracts and services with a value of circa 350 M back to MG Rover ,Land Rover , Ford and BMW pressings ltd. Negotiated with suppliers to novate / assign hundreds of IT contracts / software licenses to the new organisations created by the divestment of the three companies formerly part of the BMW AG Group.

Completed ITT exercise and analysis of bids for hardware maintenance of 8500 plus desktops. Present findings to selection panel made up of Technical / operational management and select successful tender using agreed selection criteria and scoring matrix. Further negotiated savings “Value Add” with new supplier against tendered rates, coupled with enhanced targets and reporting. “Infrastructure”

Managing consultant for Commercial consultancy dealing with a broad portfolio of Software Compliance and Out Sourcing related Issues with FTSE 100 companies.Negotiating contracts for European and USA based affiliate organisations for Sema Group Clients,

Involved in initial creation / set up of AXA Shared Services organisation, mainly in contract novation space but also in contract consolidation as well as purchase of SAP and Peregrine systems.
