By combining a specialisation in supply chain risk management and practical experience in supplier relationship management I aim to contribute in the development of procurement as a strategic discipline.

State of Flux is a global procurement and supply chain consultancy specialising in supplier management, contract lifecycle management, category management and strategic sourcing. As well as consulting, State of Flux offers training and a market-leading supplier management platform – Statess.

In my work with State of Flux I work closely together with several leading UK and Europe based organisations to implement Statess. In successfully implementing the software I am responsible for identifying and mapping, amongst others, performance, risk and contract management processes, project management and ensuring client requirements are met on time within budget. In addition to software implementations, I am involved in consulting projects on supply chain and operational risks across several continents.

Business Development Manager

Netherlands-Thai Chamber of Commerce

Provided market entry support for Dutch, Belgian, and Luxembourg companies in Thailand, produced and organised financial overview for networking events for the Chambers, improved sales skills by leading a major drive in recruitment of new members, optimised membership databases and led communication efforts of the chamber by developing templates for general broadcast and improvement of website.

Key achievement: with our team of four, organised the most successful annual business awards gala dinner, in attendance (500+ people), revenue, and profit in the 20 years of existence of the NTCC.
