About me section iconAbout me

My WHY, WHAT & HOW is to advance women in business & sport. My dream is a world where women are equal and celebrated. As the founder of two businesses that work to close the gender gap in business and sport, I enable women to be successful, however they wish to define success. I work with individual women, groups of women and advise organisations that employ women, to break down the barriers and unlock the potential and value that having more women in business and sport will create. Because I've navigated life & business, I not only have the experience, unique skills, qualifications and wisdom, I have the "street cred" to be completely relatable to women from all walks of life. I share my wisdom and advice in an unfailingly authentic way and provide the thought leadership to get women to unlock their potential. I do not "FIX" women....I fix the system! Diagnosing, designing and delivering solutions and processes to break down the barriers to women advancing is the key! By working with me, women have access to the research, the tools, the approach & the method to advance. I love F words…some of my favourite are fabulous, feisty, fantastic, female, Flawesome and feminism. Yes…I'm a card-carrying (If there were cards), flag waving (if there were flags), feminist. Because feminism is “the advocacy of women's rights on the ground of the equality of the sexes.” I'm simply an ordinary woman striving to do extraordinary things by speaking, advising and running events to advance women in business and sport.
