Reporting to the CEO, the role is accountable for management of Greyhound’s procurement, contracting, legal, insurance, property and risk portfolios. Outcomes are focused on developing and implementing strategic plans for major categories that are aligned with Greyhound's growth objectives and deliver sustainable savings with more efficient processes. Major initiatives are around fleet, fuel and insurance which are high-spend and high-risk categories for Greyhound. Project Manager for the relaunch of Greyhound Express, working across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR to deliver this critical business transformation.

Reporting to the General Manager – Orica Mining Chemicals, a 4-month interim executive appointment to cover an absence due to long service leave. No internal candidates were suitable to act in the role. The role was accountable for all supply chain activities from manufacturing sites to customer (Africa, Latin America, Asia Pacific), including: distribution/logistics, exports, customer engineering and specialty chemicals. Managing a team of 17 people (5 direct reports).

Newly created role reporting to General Manager – Operations. Appointed in the six month period after major changes to Hi Fert’s ownership structure and a significant acquisition, both requiring Hi Fert to deliver 30% volume growth. The role had a troubleshooting focus primarily on supply chain and procurement.

Reporting to the Strategic Sourcing Manager, the role was accountable for developing and executing strategy for ‘Services’ and ‘Major Works’ categories, valued at $A200M/year. As well as projects run centrally in the Strategic Sourcing Team, the role required coaching of site personnel on compliance with Zinifex’s procurement processes and procurement best practice.
