In charge of any non-inventory and services Procurement strategy, Logistics, Health and Safety, Security and Environmental Management at Gruppo Montepaschi. Purchasing turnover: 1.4 billion approx (annual) Resources managed: up to 150 headcounts Point of sales served: 3000 approx. Specific tasks managed: cost and optimization savings programme, e-tools implementation, sustainable supply chain design and implementation, logistics network re-organization, mobility management programme, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certifications system management.

Procurement Director - Italy (indirects) from 2002 to 2006 Procurement Director - S.C.E.N.E. in charge of 40 European Countries (indirects) from 2006 to 2008. Additional special task: e-tools implementation across Europe (reporting to VP Global Systems and Processes) from 2006 to 2008.

Purchasing Director of Riello Group ( heating procucts and air conditioning systems for consumer and industrial applications). Inventory and non-inventory purchasing covering 6 facilities in Italy , 1 in Canada and 1 in Poland.

I was in charge of worldwide sourcing scouting in order to find new interesting supply opportunities for components , sub-assemblies and fnished products.

I was in charge at European level of sourcing strategy and purchasing management of Electrical and Electronics components and parts used in power tools. Working with 3 R&D centers based in Germany, Italy and UK Special task: global rationalization and standardization items programme

I was in charge of purchasing management of components , finished products , non-inventory amd services for the corporate.

My first work experience , started as purchasing assistant of the owner and then became purchasing manager looking after all the purchases for production and not only.
