I'm one of the co-founders of Amplius Partners, a commercial effectiveness consultancy focused on improving our clients Negotiation outcomes. As a Procurement-focused Manager, Consultant and Commercial Negotiator. I'm lucky enough to have worked across many industries and locations and strongly believe that Procurement needs, and is ready for, a step-change in performance.

I consult on the subject of Procurement negotiation and train buyers to be more mindful, commercial negotiators either through structured training, coaching or a combination of both.

I believe that people in Procurement can improve outcomes for themselves and their employers by focusing on core skills and commercialism, understanding and learning from the wider commercial world and challenging process where it does not add value.
