I advised the project delivery team on procurement maters while developing and implementing a strategic plan to support procurement best practices within my team and align them to the global procurement strategy (developed by the Global Procurement team leader in China). I reviewed practices and processes for ongoing suitability and effectiveness, and proposed revisions for improvement to the Quality and Global Procurement team leader: • Implement procurement spend database, KPI’s and reporting. • Prepare and implement Procurement, Expediting, Inspections and Pre-qualification processes across Australia (processes, tools and reporting) I supported the project development and the project delivery teams on their procurement needs: • Provide administrative leadership in the preparation and issue of tender and contract documents. • Prepare commercial analysis and recommendation.

I managed the design, implementation and continuous refinement of systems and processes to support AFEA strategic procurement efforts while also taking effective leadership of financial management tasks in a post-acquisition context: - I implemented and administrated the monthly tracking of procurement activities and impact. - I supported category managers on the development, writing and deployment of their strategy. - I designed and implemented business models, templates and processes to support the procurement team decision making and leverage the financial impacts of procurement initiatives within the business units (69 plants).

Recruited as a procurement officer to assist in managing the plant procurement’s portfolio, I took over the Procurement Manager role during the SAP roll-out 6 months after joining the team. I was responsible for the Indirects ans Packaging categories, which include :Maintenance, Operations, Utilities categories, Foklifts (€1.6M annual turnover). • Determined supply sources using cost analysis and supplier selection criteria. • Conducted supplier performance review and analysis. • Liaise with current suppliers and internal stakeholders to negotiate prices and source alternatives in an effort for cost reductions. • Ensuring all purchase orders are monitored and processed accurately through the system. SAP roll-out key responsibilities – MM Module • Integration tests / Go-live and post support • Manage change management and procedures updates to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Purchasing leader assistant (€2M annual turnover) • Supplier research and tender for both special projects (machinery end engineering) and raw materials (chemicals). • Strength and weakness analysis and recommendations on strategic sourcing. • Management of source system data extractions, definition and mapping of suppliers and item normalization. Responsible for Cash Collection • Responsible for credit and cash collection tasks in account receivable ($100K). • Coordination of a 10 person sales team and responsible for managing the customer credit together with legal procedures.
