About me
With an ESADE MBA & Industrial Engineer background, I host a blend of procurement, business strategy, leadership & supply chain acumen, integrated into my "digital" DNA.
I led my teams to develop procurement strategies in order to add value to our business partners beyond savings.
I draw on experience working in the last 18 years for companies like Almirall, Merck, Combino Pharm, Capgemini & AERCE (Spanish Procurement Association), with different roles like Head of Procurement, Category Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Strategic Consultant or member of the Management Board.
From strategic to operational, I've managed teams and categories covering all direct and indirect materials and services.
My top priorities focus on Team Development, Strategy, Category Management, Supplier Relationship, Innovation and Supply Risk, moving forward to develop what's next on value creation.
