I was accountable for and managed all aspects of commercial relationships with facilities and outsourced suppliers on behalf of Telstra's internal business units.

I owned and lead the strategy development and execution of Network Services and Construction, engaging and working closely with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver customer centric outcomes and priorities. I managed supplier relationships, negotiated commercial outcomes to deliver value, and project managed sourcing opportunities including gathering and interpreting market and industry insight.

I owned, lead and developed the Capital Works strategy and supporting initiatives through Procurement's transformation rollout, with highly successful stakeholder engagement, collaboration and identified benefits. I lead and delivered the end to end procurement sourcing exercise for facilities remediation on behalf of Telstra's internal Defence engagement business unit. I provided ongoing direct procurement expertise to Telstra's network and facilities management strategy and managed the commercial relationships.
