Manage internal key stakeholders and key supplier relationships; Educate key stakeholders on strategic sourcing, supply chain, and category management best practices, often requiring senior level involvement with CIO and other senior leaders. Lead the creation of our first strategy and category management plan as the Sourcing Category Manager for Telecommunications.

Lead aggregating voice services efforts to reduce total number of vendors and contracts and reduce costs; which has resulted in a over $1M in savings.
