Psychological safety is the soil, not the seed
Psychological safety is a belief held by members of a team that the team is safe for speaking up with ideas, questions, concerns, or mistakes.
Research highlights, that organisations with higher levels of psychologically safety perform better on almost every metric or KPI, in comparison to organisations that have low psychological safety.
During this interactive workshop we will explore the power of psychological safety and establish how to develop a culture that exhibits psychological safety traits, giving participants a framework and strategies to enhance psychological safety, to fuel performance and wellbeing.
