In this 2-hour FLiP Roundtable, Dr Josie McLean, Principal Consultant and Creative Director from The Partnership will show you how to lead adaptive and systemic change, and how to influence adaptation and change more effectively - whether you’re in middle management, HR or sustainability. CPO Spotlight, Anu Srinivasan, Head of Procurement, Bupa will give you the opportunity to hear insights from leaders within the profession, along with the forum to optimise your agility and performance when mapping your path to leadership.
