The Faculty Culturally Diverse Women Program Masterclass

May10
May 10 at 12:00 PM - May 10 at 2:00 PM AEST

Don't blend in! Stand Out!

Rediscover your cultural identity through storytelling, explore barriers, decode your cultural behaviours compared with Australian Business Culture, move from aspirations to achieving goals, reframe your personal brand and influence support from allies and advocates.

The overwhelming majority of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) women report feeling like they’re alone in their organisation – and most have been the victim of stereotyping. When these statistics surfaced, it highlighted the lack of programs to support CALD women navigate barriers in Australian organisations.

We’re excited to, once again, be collaborating with MindTribes CEO Div Pillay to bring you the Culturally Diverse Women masterclass series!

Over 6 sessions, rediscover your cultural identity through storytelling, explore barriers, decode your cultural behaviours compared with Australian Business Culture, move from aspirations to achieving goals, reframe your personal brand and influence support from allies and advocates.
