The overwhelming majority of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) women report feeling like they’re alone in their organisation – and most have been the victim of stereotyping. When these statistics surfaced, it highlighted the lack of programs to support CALD women navigate barriers in Australian organisations. 

We’re excited to collaborate with MindTribes CEO Div Pillay to launch our Culturally Diverse Women masterclass series! Over 6 sessions, rediscover your cultural identity through storytelling, explore barriers, decode your cultural behaviours compared with Australian Business Culture, move from aspirations to achieving goals, reframe your personal brand and influence support from allies and advocates.

This Masterclass Series is for The Faculty Roundtable members only. Each member organisation can nominate one representative to join the CDW Program.
