Our Benchmarking results show our members to be way ahead of the curve: 65% of members actively and successfully leverage a range of suppliers: large and small, local and international, multinationals and sole traders.

Now let’s look for that other 35%: just 4% of our suppliers account for 80% of transactions! In focussing our fire, what broader picture may we be missing? How might diversifying help or hinder operations in the long and short term? 

This 60-minute session is a collaborative learning opportunity for our member CPOs  to share challenges and best practise. They will showcase their organisation’s unique perspective and share insights and experiences with the Roundtable CPO Community.
