Would you rather work for a big firm or a smaller organisation?

The video link below (produced by Accenture) suggests that only 15% of US graduates want to work for a big company. This came as it of shock to me. Where do your preferences lie, Big or small? For what its worth, I've worked in both big corporates and small startups. I prefer the smaller organisations as I feel its easier to be heard and have input on strategic decisions. That said, getting a big corporate on the CV certainly seems to bolster your credibility.
