Would it be realistic or possible in Negotiation Process to assign a Specific Team to ADD Value only in the Meetings? (Bargaining Discussions, etc..) ?

PS 1 : We all know as Procurement Professional that Negotiation could take Long time in some cases, and Part of that MEETINGS.. PS 2: The team will add value in the discussion, they will have all the required information along with the Buyer.
