Working from Home - Good or Bad?

I have worked from home for nearly 2 years, and can certainly testify to pretty much all of the points in the article we published this afternoon: https://www.procurious.com/blog/life-style/working-from-home-heaven-hell But I'd be interested in hearing other people's thoughts? Is it a good thing to have the flexibility? Or do too many remote workers mean it's harder to get things done? And will we see more procurement professionals doing this in the future, full time?
