Will CPOs end up with the role that CIOs currently play?

Are you seeing increased demand in "available as a service" within your organistion? Do you foresee role of procurement diminishing or increasing when buying IT? One school of thought is that in a mature cloud environment the inhouse IT teams will not be required and the role of CIO will be handed over to the CPO. Do you agree?
