Whose role and responsibility?
I need your help with defining the roles within a procurement department based on job title. A quick search online and I cannot find anything definitive.
Can you help in providing a couple of points for each level of role describing their responsibilities with the following job titles:
Head of Procurement
e.g. Represents procurement at the most senior level.
Procurement manager
e.g. Deals with..
Procurement officer
Procurement analyst
Procurement administrator
