Dear Procurious Members, We are conducting a study to identify relations between the purchasers’ work environment, behaviour and innovative performance for our master thesis at Maastricht University- School of Business and Economics. In order to achieve reliable implications and reduce bias, the study requires input from both the purchasing professional and their supervisor. (Under supervisor we mean the person that does the appraisal and assessment interviews of the purchasing professional.)
