Who as experience with the outsouring of your tail spend to a procurement service provider ?
I'm looking for a solution to get control of the remaining 20% spend volume , which today is purchased locally (South America, India, Turkey, Spain, South East Asia, Pacific) at hunderds of different local suppliers (80% of my total supplier base)
My portfolio contains all kind of Installation related materials (cables, fastener, power supplies, telecom cabinets, metal parts, installation kits, ...)
