What's the best/your favourite question you've seen or used in an RFP?

My favourite question I've seen is: 'Please provide a contact reference for a client you have lost in the 12 months' There must be so much you can learn from speaking to that lost client, and potentially a much more balanced and unbiased view than speaking to a current client.
