What methodologies do you use when calculating tender scores?

I'm interested to find out what scoring mechanisms you all use as a standard when evaluating tenders. I'm of the opinion that when reviewing evaluation panel scores that all must agree on one common score, but I've recently heard of others using aggregates or averages which I'm not massively keen on but open to hearing all of your opinions on the different routes.
