What information is required in an RFP regards TUPE?

I am preparing an RFP for cleaning and the current contractor has notified me that he has staff who would potentially TUPE over if he loses the tender. My question is what TUPE information do I need to put in the RFP? or do I just need a note saying TUPE will apply?
