What do you see as the future of procurement?

Everyone seems to be talking about the likes of AI, but I'm interested in what procurement professionals actually think the future of procurement looks like? I'm not denying that procurement has evolved over the last 15 years, but I'm sceptical as to whether we will see any global changes in the 'typical' procurement professionals daily routine over the next 5-10 years.
