What do you look for in your suppliers/supply partners?

I know that this question has been asked in the past, but as we exist in a dynamic market place, there's a good chance that people might have a different view now. So these are the factors that were common last time out: Cultural Fit – including values Cost – covering price, Total Cost of Opportunity (TCO) Value – value for money and value generation opportunities Experience in the market and current references Flexibility Response to change – in orders and products Quality – covering product and service quality and quality history Is this still true? Or are we asking more in light of world events - Grenfell; Brexit; increasing tariffs on imports/exports; political instability? Or with more hot button topics - social value; social enterprises; Fair Work Practices; #MeToo and discrimination?
