What are the top priorities on your organisation's technology spending list?

It's the new versus old. How does spending on upgrades in traditional systems (ERP for example) compare against investing in new technologies (such as BI/Analytics, Mobile, Digital Marketing, CRM, Collaboration)? Do you feel that you are prepared and positioned to source this for your organisation? Or is the responsibility with your IT department?
