What are the biggest concerns/goals for CPOs this year? Is anything being done right now to address these concerns?

I heard that the implementation of the latest technology (eg: AI and Robotic Automation), Sustainability and Social Responsibility is very big, however are there other areas that may be of interest for CPOs this year?
