What are some tips and tricks for improving your negotiations over Zoom?
With COVID largely keeping travel off the agenda, Procurement Pros are having to sharpen digital negotiations skills using platforms like Zoom. It's a whole different ball game to negotiating face-to-face! Using video (i.e. not audio-only) helps to create some connection - the bigger the image, the better; practicing using the technology in advance are some tips I've come across for improving this new age skillset. What other specific advice is out there to improve negotiating outcomes when you can't meet in person?
