What are some common penalties associated with ocean freight and warehouse contracts?

I understand that penalties for warehouse is usually charged in case of damage to goods, delay in dispatch etc. while for ocean freight it would be related to change in schedule, not allocating enough container etc. Could someone share some of the key penalty clauses (ideally in $/% amount) for warehouse and ocean freight?
