Well, i think your order fulfillment system should be able to track how each of your vendors performs on your established metrics and send automated alerts to them when any of these metrics are in danger of defaulting. This type of exception-based order management system offers sellers a strong degree of control over their order fulfillment process and helps to ensure that any disruptions or delays in fulfillment are prevented before they even happen. Hope my answer would satisfy you.

Thank you Charu, I have interacted with some Warehouse management systems and ERP systems, however often times there are varriances or transmission errors when orders are processed. Is there any recommendation you have on enforcing Commodity loss prevention esspecially at distribution when you have to collate orders on one route to optimize fleet

    Hi GEORGE,
Yes, warehouse and distribution are the important part of supply chain and i think they can be better operated with a strategic planning and software tools like WMS and ERP . These tools are really helpful in increasing efficiency in supply chain operations.
