The Power of Mentoring….addressing the talent agenda.

Recently it feels like every procurement conference, roundtable and social media site has a standing theme which is hot on the lips of every CPO…the Procurement Talent Agenda or if we believe some of our profession’s business leaders, the lack of it! So if this talent is so scarce, as business leaders what are we doing to develop and nurture the next generation of procurement leaders and what is the make-up of this mythical being that apparently doesn’t exist today. What are your experiences? Do we support enough within our interactions? Can we benefit from a more tailored approach? Let me know your thoughts?
