Talent - what's your strategy?

Over the last few years there has been much focus on talent development in procurement and supply chain management (-or I should say the "need for.. ") We are all aware of the commercial advantages of a skilled P&SCM team. What is your P/SCM leader and team doing right? Or perhaps conversely, what is not being done and how can and should this issue be addressed?
