Procurement for investment property portfolio advice

Looking to increase our investment property portfolio. Has any LA knowledge of any frameworks for this type of consultancy? Not the analysis side more on the actual sourcing and acquisition for us. Or has any LA gone out to tender on this recently? What fee structures have been encountered? Any information or leads appreciated. Fairly tight timescale so prompt responses appreciated
