Procurement and Top Line Revenue Growth

I'm very interested in the topic of how Procurement can help drive top line revenue growth. Saw a great article by Peter Smith on how to achieve this through supplier collaboration, also the OEM/product strategies and being first to market. I'm also thinking of other ideas: - Doing training for Sales folks internally on how to negotiate with Procurement (goal of higher margins) - Negotiating more lucrative deals with Partners / product resellers. Would love to hear your thoughts!
