Looking for reverse auction site with existing basic commodity suppliers pre loaded and ready to bid

I'm looking for a UK based web site which can host reverse auction tenders for basic commodities such as paper, stationery, toner, etc. but importantly, which also has existing supplier ready to bid I want to tender my annual commodity requirements, undertake reverse auction process, select supplier and call off accordingly
