Knowledge Management in Procurement IGO

I am currently starting an knowledge management initiative at the supply division of the international organization I work for. The main goal is to build a platform that allows senior management to get a snapshot of suppliers and items procured, according to: -volumes -deliveries -results of quality inspections -feedback from other organizations -factory audits reports -production capacity -other interesting areas I would like it to be a dashboard that can provide a profile of suppliers and the information that we have available generated during the tender process and the contract lifecycle. This would serve as basis for risk management, procurement decision, sourcing and other areas. At a technical level, I am struggling to find a ready-made platform/dashboard that could integrate several different kinds of information and data. It seems to me that the classical BI tools are meant to handle sales and purchasing data, and are not meant precisely for KM. Would appreciate any similar experiences, guidance and tips the community could provide to point me in the right direction.
