ISM vs. Apics Certification ?

Hi All, I have been working in Procurement for the past 9 years now (Oil & Gas SERVICES). lately I have become interested finding a job in the European market. to strengthen my chances, I started to think that an international certification could be utilized. I am mainly interested in Procurement jobs. this is the part of supply chain that I am experienced at the most. in my research I had found the the gold standard certifications are either Apics's CSCP Or ISM's CPSM. I am leaning more for CPSM since it focuses more on procurement functions (sourcing, contracting, negotiations .. etc). however, I am concerned that is not well known or requested in the European Market! any thoughts or advice Thanks
