Is it possible that Green Purchasing Practices could have a positive impact over the firm's performance, in the food and drink industry?

Hi everybody, I am a final year Master student at IESEG School of Management, currently examining green purchasing practices and firm performance for my thesis, focused on Scottish Food and Drink SMEs (retailers and manufacturers).
