Benefits- Simplicity of Supply base. Saves times Hurdles- Certain Geographies already saturated in Facility Management. Increased Labour wages is the biggest hurdle. Service Quality not met by Subcontractors. Allocating of responsibility correctly by IFM player. Level of Maturity of Subcontractor.
