International Recruitment Challenges

Dear friends, I'd like to start an international career, for many reasons, specially for understand the others cultural ways to deal with negotiations and procurement process. In my career I've always worked in Multi-National companies with a minimum or very little experience exchange with other countries. I believe that the only way to learn its living it. So to get better chances to get a international role, do you have any tips, advices or testimonials to share? Thanks for your aid!
